Privacy Policy

This policy covers two things: what this website collects about you, and how the LeadCapture ST plugin handles data when installed on your website.

1. This website

• We don't require accounts and we don't collect personal information on this site beyond what you send us by email.
• Purchases are processed by Freemius, Inc., our merchant of record. Freemius collects your name, email, and payment details to fulfill the order; we receive your name, email, and license information — never your payment card. See the Freemius privacy policy.

2. The plugin, on your website

When you install LeadCapture ST on your WordPress site, you are the controller of your customers' data. The plugin works like this:

• Form submissions (visitor name, phone, email, ZIP, service, optional address/notes) are stored in your own WordPress database and sent to your ServiceTitan account via the ServiceTitan API (api.servicetitan.io / auth.servicetitan.io). We never receive or see this data — it travels from your server to ServiceTitan's.
• Your ServiceTitan credentials are stored encrypted in your WordPress database and used only to authenticate with ServiceTitan.
• Opt-in diagnostics: if you opt in to Freemius tracking when activating the plugin, Freemius collects your site URL, WordPress/PHP versions, and plugin events to power licensing and updates. Declining ("Skip") disables this; licensing still works.
• No external fonts or trackers are loaded by the plugin by default. The optional Google Fonts feature is off unless you enable it.

Disclose your use of ServiceTitan and this plugin in your own website's privacy policy as appropriate for your jurisdiction.

3. Emails

We may email you transactional messages about your license (receipts, renewal notices, critical updates) via Freemius. Marketing emails, if any, will include an unsubscribe link.

4. Data requests

To access or delete the data we hold about you (license and support correspondence), email support@baldwin-enterprises.com. For data collected by Freemius, you may also contact Freemius directly.

5. Changes

Updates to this policy will be posted here with a revised date.
