Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of the LeadCapture ST WordPress plugin ("the Software"), a product of Baldwin Enterprises ("we", "us"). By purchasing a license or using the Software you agree to these terms.

1. License

The Software is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 (or later). Your paid subscription purchases a license key that unlocks premium features, automatic updates, and support for the number of websites in your plan (1 site for Single Site plans, 10 sites for Agency plans). The GPL governs the code; the license key governs access to premium services.

2. Billing, trials, and renewals

• Payments, invoicing, and license management are processed by Freemius, Inc., our merchant of record.
• Plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
• Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Freemius account or the plugin's Account page; access continues through the paid period.
• Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment covering updates and support for the lifetime of the product.

3. Refunds

If the Software doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Refunds beyond 14 days are at our discretion.

4. Your responsibilities

• You need an active ServiceTitan account and a ServiceTitan API application you are authorized to create. Your use of ServiceTitan is governed by your agreement with ServiceTitan, Inc. — not by us.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you configure and for compliance with laws applying to your business's collection of customer information through your website.
• Keep your license key and ServiceTitan credentials confidential.

5. Support and updates

Active licenses include plugin updates and email support at support@baldwin-enterprises.com. We aim to respond within one business day for Pro customers. Support covers the Software itself — not general WordPress, hosting, or ServiceTitan administration.

6. Disclaimers

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law (and consistent with the GPL). We do not guarantee specific business results; figures cited in our marketing describe one customer's experience. We are not responsible for ServiceTitan API availability, changes, or your ServiceTitan account configuration.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Software is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost leads.

8. Trademarks

LeadCapture ST is an independent product of Baldwin Enterprises and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ServiceTitan, Inc. ServiceTitan is a trademark of ServiceTitan, Inc. WordPress is a trademark of the WordPress Foundation.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
